At Home Flavors, customer satisfaction and food safety are our priorities.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, returns and refunds are handled carefully in accordance with hygiene and quality standards.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Package received in tampered condition
  • Expired product delivered
  • Missing items in order

Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with:

2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

3. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds may be processed to the original payment source
  • Store credit or replacements may be offered
  • Refund timelines generally range from 5–10 business days

Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For prepaid cancelled orders, refunds shall be processed after confirmation.

5. FAILED OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

In case of:

  • Failed transactions
  • Duplicate payments
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed

customers should contact support with payment proof.

Eligible refunds shall be initiated after payment verification.

6. REFUSAL OF RETURN REQUESTS
